KNOW YOUR NAILS
---> What do nails have in common with skin and hair? Besides the fact that they are part of your body and require good care, you nails, skin and hair are made up of layers of keratin and hardened protein. As new cells grow at the base of the nail under the cuticle, older cells harden and are eventually pushed out tyowards your fingertips and nails.
PAMPER YOUR NAILS AT HOME WITH THESE TIPS!
---> Did you know cuticles protect new cells that emerge as new nails? The cuticles barrier keep infections out and is the first indicator of dry skin. Like skin, cuticles need to be exfoliate and moisturised regularly. Apply a gentle hand lotion daily after your shower, and massage into your fingertips and toes. To keep nails neat, lightly soak them in cuticle remover solution then rub the nail bed with a cuticle pusher. Buff away rough skin and repeat weekly for well groomed digits.
