If there's one lipstick I've been wearing to work almost every day.. It's Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in Park Ave. Peach..
Starting with the packaging, it's too good for a Drugstore brand. It's classy and has an expensive feel to it. It looks like a towering building in Park Avenue in itself. The upper cover closes with a click so no worries about the lipstick getting opened in your bag.
Park Avenue Peach is a coral/pink/peach shade. It has a delicious vanilla-ish fragrance to it which dies within minutes after applying. (A guilty confession: I've opened it every now and then just to sniff the fragrance ;) )
The formula is creamy. Sadly its not very opaque but pretty much buildable. I have to apply 2-3 swipes to get a semi opaque/opaque coverage. It lasts for a decent 2 hours or so with out getting chunky or staining. However, although it's creamy.. it's not moisturizing. If you have dry lips like me, you might want to apply a lip balm underneath it else it will dry into feathers and highlight the dry skin.
Over all, I like the lipstick!! Do you own any lipstick from the range? What was your experience?
